Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced B2C sales professional who are fluent in Telugu and reside in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. In this full-time role, you will receive qualified leads and focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. No cold calling is required; all leads will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and convert provided leads into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (₹2.5 to ₹4 lakhs).
- Present and pitch our legal services to potential clients in a persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with the legal team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to the management team.
Who Can Apply?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales (preferably in financial, legal, insurance, telecom, or service-based industries).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Candidates residing in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana will be given preference.
