B2C Travel Sales Executive
Job Description
Your primary focus will be on selling group tour packages. Repeat customer base to drive sales and meet ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from individual customers seeking domestic or international travel solutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend customized travel packages including flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and insurance.

Prepare detailed itineraries and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and budget.

Close sales by explaining package details, inclusions, exclusions, and payment terms effectively.

Provide accurate travel information and advice related to visa processes, travel restrictions, currency, and destinations.

Maintain ongoing communication with customers until the trip is completed, ensuring a high-quality experience.

Upsell and cross-sell value-added services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and add-on experiences.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and bookings in CRM systems.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or travel portals to convert into bookings.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the revenue goals of the company.

Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, airline promotions, and seasonal packages.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Passion for travel and good destination knowledge (domestic and international).

Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.

Proficiency in using travel booking platforms (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre) is an advantage.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM).
