Back-End Administrator - Solar Company- Australian Shift
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back-End Administrator to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, liaise with external stakeholders and customers for solar installations based in Australia
Key Responsibilities:
· Update and maintain data with accurate and timely information.
· Ensure all customer data and project details are recorded properly in the system.
· Handle applications for energy approvals with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Monitor the status of approvals and follow up as needed to avoid delays.
· Able to monitor bookings and change as needed due to customer demand and ensure the technicians are working efficiently.
· Operating job scheduling software and allocation of work
· Liaise with solar installers to schedule installations and resolve operational issues.
· Communicate project timelines and updates to ensure efficient execution.
· Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all bookings, installations data approvals, and certifications.
· Generate and maintain regular reports on project statuses, approvals, and certificates.
· Provide administrative support to the operations team as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Fresher with excellent Excel /Typing skills with good communication.
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, ) and familiarity with CRM - HubSpot would be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with installers, clients, and stakeholders based in Australia.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently
Academic Qualification - Minimum of 10 + 2 / 10 + 3 years Diploma pass. Graduates
Workweek : Monday to Friday, 6:30AM – 3:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30PM
Industry: Solar, Electrical engineering, Technical Support, Customer support, BPO-International Process
Pay : 10000-15000 INR per month depending upon experience, skill and interview evaluation
Remote Work/Work From Home Necessitates the following:
Possess a functional Laptop/Desktop to work
A strong internet connection and a reliable power back up to prevent work disruptions.
