Job Description
Qualifications
•5 years of experience designing and developing solution architecture for large platforms
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow as an developer (HRSD Module added advantage)
•Experience applying best practices in ServiceNow Coding and Processes.
•Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner.
•Background and deep experience with ServiceNow are mandatory with accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products
•Internal customer management, the influence of peers, team effectiveness and enhancement, timeline management, proactive problem-solving ability, ability to develop trust, shared goals and values.
•Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/ negotiation skills.
•Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios
•Experience with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CICD) processes is a plus
•Knowledge of GxP process is a plus
