Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication & Coordination:

• Call and follow up with clients regarding visa application processes.
• Assist clients with basic inquiries and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and embassies for visa processing updates.

2. Data Entry & Documentation:

• Enter and maintain accurate client records in company databases.
• Manage visa applications, supporting documents, and filing systems.
• Ensure all documents are properly verified and formatted as per requirements.

3. Administrative & Office Support:

• Handle email correspondence and official documentation.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on application status.
• Support the team in organizing meetings and maintaining office records.

4. Compliance & Process Management:

• Ensure all visa applications meet regulatory and legal compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of client documents and personal information.
• Assist in updating visa policies and procedural changes as required.
