Job Description

  • Should have excellent Communication – Written & Verbal, analyzing skills, able to multi-task, well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet Search.
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently and be flexible with working hours
  • Prepare Proposal and send to customer via email
  • Identifying of company names, contact details, nature of businesses and all such other information required from time to time from the web
  • Maintain Funnel, Stock and Achievement reports on the Daily / Weekly basis
  • Maintain updated Database of all Industries
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Can work with minimal supervision and handle irate people well
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Schedule appointments for field Executive to meet prospective customers
  • Should be able to analyze the information, identify errors if any and correct them
  • Keep records of Govt. Tenders and sales calls useful information
  • Update yourself on product knowledge/ New Models of products and trends
  • Supporting sales team members in negotiations in the initial stage
  • Follow up with Purchase/Product Team for prices
  • Service Feedback calls to Customers
  • Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
  • Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
  • Obtain contact details of potential customers from various sources
