Job Description
Designation : Back Office Assistant
Eligibility : Any graduate (fresher or experienced are eligible)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- An Order Entry representative is responsible to correctly interpret and understand Purchase Order (PO) from client’s customers (distributor/end-customer).
- Orders received need to be correctly handled as per client defined standard operation procedure (SOP), based on various products / product types.
- Order Entry associate needs to correctly enter the order details (pricing, shipping, product specifications, etc.) in the order management tool.
- Assign the orders to appropriate queues for art work preparation and/or production.
- Send appropriate communication to the customer regarding the order using standard texts / canned verbiages.
- Communicate any issues with order / product with a supervisor or client to resolve the issues and complete the order.
- Maintain necessary details of the order, required for tracking / reporting and submit the same with Team Leader.
- Actively participate in training for existing or new products.
