- Subscription Management:- This task requires to Manage Subscription of existing/ new clients. You would be required to provision additional licenses, renewal of subscription, change of customer plans etc.
- Invoice Management:- The task would entail to send out customer invoices are per schedule and invoice customers as per their billing plan / licenses. And also record the payments made by the customer in the billing tool.
- Payment Follow-up:- As and when required you would need to follow up with the customers for payments via phone or Email as required from case to case.
- Client Meetings:- You would be required to travel as per need to interact with new prospective clients and reviews of existing clients.
- Sales and Technical Support:- You would also be required to provide basic level of Sales and Technical Support as per need base.
- Training:- You should also be open to attend / give training sessions as and when required to the customers.
- Bank Statement Reconciliation:- You would be required to prepare a daily report on all payments received in the bank and map them with the invoices.
- Content Writing:- You would be required to manage the blog by posting new content by researching from the net or creating your own fresh content.
