Job Description
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good communication in English.
- Both Graduate and undergraduate can be considered.
- Should be willing to work for a year or above.
- Should be a nearby resident for easy commutation/reach & shift flexibility.
- Fresher or Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage.
- Should have very good reasoning & logical approach towards the customer-centric activities (as the process requires logical people to analyse the situation & respond accordingly).
- Should have a flair for excellent customer service & its importance.
- Candidate must have computer knowledge and familiar with MS Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint).
- Candidate must flexible for 12/7 or 24/7, as per the process requirement.
- Typing speed should be 30WPM with 90% accuracy. (for Chat campaign)*
