Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for Back Office Assistant to manage the record keeping of an E-commerce Online Shopping Business.
The selected candidate will work closely with the management and other vendors and Clients.
Candidate will interact with Various Online Shopping websites and update information.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain Office Books and Records
- Make Challans and Enter into Software
- Data Entry In MIS Sytems and Tally
- Manage Inventory and Stock
- Manage In and Out Movement of Stock.
- Communicating with Vendors & Clients via Email and Phone
- Help in other Back Office Tasks
Require Young, Hard Working, Candidates who Like Learning New Things Everyday.
Qualifications and Skills required:
Candidates must know Basic Computer Knowledge. MS Excel and Word, Tally.
Should have command over English and Hindi
- MS-Excel (Advanced Level)
- English Proficiency (Written) (Business Communication)
- English Proficiency (Spoken)
- Tally and Basic Accountancy
- Previous Experience in Accountancy is Preferred.
