Firm at Nala Sopara East requires Back Office Assistant.  (Females only)

• We are in search of a Back Office Assistant for our Construction Firm having business at Nala Sopara East. Only Female candidates between the age group of 20 to 30 years should apply. 
  
• We are loking for candidates residing between Virar to Borivali. Candidates with min 6 months to max 1 years experience can apply for this post.
  

Office Assistant Responsibilities:  

• Should be familiar with MS Office, Tally and Office Administration work
  
• Greeting customers and visitors as needed 
  
• Answer Customer queries efficiently on phone and email
  
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing 
  
• Managing filing system 
  
• Visiting Banks and completing banking formalities
  
• Handling Registration procedure
  
• Visiting Architects and CA's Offices
  
• Maintaining office equipment as needed 
  
• Coordinating events as necessary 
  
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas 
  
• Provide additional support in any and all other tasks as needed
  
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases 
  

Office Assistant Requirements:

• High School or Bachelors degree 
  
• Experience as an office assistant   
  
• Ability to read, write and speak English, Marathi and Hindi fluently
  
• Warm personality with strong communication skills 
  
• Ability to work well under limited supervision 
  
• Good Communication skills 
  
• 
  
• Office Timings: 9 am to 6 pm
  
• Week Off: Wednesday
