We are looking for a competent Back Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Perform Back office work

Record Keeping and Online Applications

Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

Ensure the office is organized at the end of each day.

Assist the front office team and fill in when necessary.

Requirements:

Good understanding of Commerce

Computer Savvy

Good in web searching

Proficiency in MS Office

Good written and verbal communication skills
