Job Description
Roles
- Email reply
- Invoice Followup
- Prepare documents for Bidding
- Prepare and dispatch invoices to client
Responsibility
- Co ordinate with accounts department and client end
- Monitor and follow up with different client
- Maintain attendance sheet of every employee
- Must maintaining and keep record of participated bid in excel sheet provided
- Should be able to work as team
- All the records and the document must be maintain in MS TEAM

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Management
Enter and update data into company systems with high accuracy. Maintain records related to inventory, transactions, employee information, client databases, and financial data. -
Document Handling and Filing
Manage the filing system—both physical and digital. Organize and store important business documents, including contracts, invoices, reports, memos, and correspondence. -
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments. This may include scheduling appointments, preparing reports, managing office supplies, and assisting with document preparation. -
Email and Communication Management
Handle internal and external communications, forward emails to appropriate departments, and maintain logs of correspondence. Respond to routine inquiries professionally. -
Recordkeeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, purchase orders, inventory logs, and customer data. Ensure records are stored and archived in compliance with organizational standards. -
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with other departments such as HR, finance, and operations to ensure seamless workflow. Assist with interdepartmental communication and task follow-ups. -
Inventory and Supply Management
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. Keep records of supplies, equipment, and assets for inventory control. -
Basic Bookkeeping Assistance
Assist the accounting department by compiling invoices, receipts, and statements. Prepare expense reports and handle petty cash reimbursements. -
Scheduling and Calendar Management
Support team leaders by managing schedules, arranging meetings, booking rooms, and ensuring attendees are informed in advance. -
Support During Audits and Reviews
Help prepare documentation and reports during internal or external audits. Ensure all paperwork and records are accessible and up to date.
