Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and disciplined Back Office Assistants for network-based office work. The role involves working behind the scenes to support the office's daily operations, including data entry, report management, internal coordination, communication handling, and system monitoring.
No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. During the 1-month training period, you will receive a stipend (income) along with the opportunity to earn extra incentives based on performance. Room accommodation is also provided for outstation candidates or those relocating.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily backend operations related to office and network processes.

Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.

Coordinate internally with team members for reporting, updates, and task tracking.

Manage soft copy documents, records, and basic office files.

Support communication between teams through calls, messages, or internal tools.

Handle basic email writing, customer follow-ups (non-sales), and inquiries routing.

Monitor office work progress through simple dashboards or spreadsheets.

Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and ensure data accuracy.

Participate in routine check-ins, reporting sessions, and training activities.
