Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication & Call Handling
✅ Answer inbound client calls and provide assistance.
✅ Respond to customer inquiries and route calls to the appropriate department.
✅ Maintain a professional and courteous tone while handling client interactions.
2. Data Entry & Back Office Operations
✅ Enter and update client details, transaction records, and reports in the system.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation and filing of customer interactions.
✅ Verify and process customer data as per company guidelines.
3. Microsoft Office & Computer Operations
✅ Work with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage reports and records.
✅ Update databases and CRM software for smooth back-office operations.
✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
4. Coordination & Administrative Support
✅ Work closely with front-office teams and support back-end operations.
✅ Ensure smooth communication between departments.
✅ Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data.
Skills & Competencies Required:
✅ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to interact with clients professionally.
✅ MS Office Proficiency – Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
✅ Data Entry & Accuracy – Ability to enter and process data efficiently.
✅ Multi-tasking & Time Management – Handling calls and back-office tasks effectively.
✅ Problem-Solving Skills – Addressing customer issues and resolving queries.
✅ Basic CRM & ERP Knowledge – Familiarity with data management systems is a plus.
