Job Description

We are into RTO & insurance business, Need back office assistant for paper works & system data maintenance.

Have to call existing customers for renewals.

Have to build good relation with customers.

Should have good excel knowledge and computer skills, writing should be clear and precise

Manage and organize files, documents, and records

Coordinate and communicate with different departments and stakeholders

Prepare reports, presentations, and other business correspondences

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments

Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important information

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
