Job Description

The Candidate should know Microsoft Excel and should know HR activities. He/she has to interview the candidates coming to sales job and office job, should know Tamil to speak and write. Should have normal communication skills. He/she should mingle with his/her co-employees well.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry and Management

  • Accurately enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.

  • Verify the accuracy of data from source documents and make necessary corrections.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and paper files.

2. Documentation and Record-Keeping

  • Prepare and maintain reports, letters, memos, and other documents as required.

  • Assist in maintaining digital and physical records of client files, employee files, or financial transactions.

  • Retrieve and file documents on request in a systematic and timely manner.

3. Transaction Processing

  • Support financial, sales, or HR teams by processing purchase orders, invoices, payroll records, or claims.

  • Validate, record, and monitor business transactions in compliance with company procedures.

  • Escalate discrepancies or missing information to the supervisor for resolution.

4. Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, logistics, accounting, and customer service for document sharing and task follow-ups.

  • Ensure timely completion of internal requests related to updates, changes, or approvals.

  • Communicate status updates and report issues to the reporting manager or team lead.

5. Operational Support

  • Assist in managing office supplies, printing, scanning, and mailing documents.

  • Support audit and compliance activities by providing necessary documents or summaries.

  • Assist in tracking and following up on pending tasks, approvals, or clearances.
