Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
This role is crucial to support our process automation implementation. The Office Coordinator will ensure smooth adoption of the system across teams, provide reminders and assistance for task updates, and maintain operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and remind team members to update tasks and activities in Bitrix24.
· Provide support for smooth process flow and data entry in the Bitrix system.
· Assist in documenting workflows, process updates, and operational checklists.
· Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
· Maintain and update Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
· Handle general office coordination and communication support.
· Prepare and circulate reports, meeting notes, and follow-up reminders.
· Manage Calendars, Schedule meetings and check availabilities
· Identify process gaps and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration / Commerce / IT).
· 0–1 year of experience in office coordination, operations, or administrative roles.
· Good understanding of MS Excel and documentation practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Responsible, proactive, and quick learner.
· Team-oriented with strong coordination skills.
· Basic understanding of CRM or task management tools (e.g., Bitrix24) will be an added advantage.
