Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Management
-
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and software.

Organize and manage digital files, spreadsheets, and documents.
-
Ensure timely and error-free entry of information related to sales, purchases, accounts, and HR.

Documentation & Reporting
-
Prepare, format, and manage official reports, letters, and correspondence.
-
Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance and operational reports.
-
Assist in creating presentations and documentation required by management.

Administrative Support
-
Support back-office functions such as billing, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.
-
Assist HR and accounts teams in clerical and documentation tasks.

Maintain office records and ensure smooth workflow.

Technical & System Operations
-
Operate office computers, ERP software, and MS Office applications efficiently.
-
Perform regular checks on data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
-
Provide basic troubleshooting for computer-related issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary.

Coordination & Communication
-
Work with front-office staff to support customer and vendor requirements.
-
Maintain professional communication through emails, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
-
Ensure timely coordination with internal teams for smooth business operations.

Skills & Competencies Required

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.

Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Good knowledge of data management and documentation practices.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
