Technical & System Operations

Operate office computers, ERP software, and MS Office applications efficiently.

Perform regular checks on data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Provide basic troubleshooting for computer-related issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary.

Work with front-office staff to support customer and vendor requirements.
