Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation.

Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Maintain and update company databases, financial records, and reports.

Organize and store digital and physical files systematically.
Operational Coordination:

Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.

Assist in procurement, inventory management, and logistics if required.
Customer & Vendor Communication:

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Support customer service teams by handling inquiries and processing requests.

Maintain proper communication channels between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all company policies and compliance guidelines are followed.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding office operations.
