Job Overview
We are looking for a smart and organized Process Coordinator to help manage and improve the daily work across all departments. This role is responsible for driving the processes, follow up with the staff to get the job done and escalating any delays to the Management.
Job Description
Help manage and follow up on the daily tasks of different departments
Act as a link between teams to make sure work flows smoothly
Check if all teams are meeting their daily or weekly work goals
Help department heads stay informed and solve issues faster
Keep all standard procedures (SOPs) updated and easy to follow
Screen and report on progress underway and FMS processes
Job Requirement
Good at tracking, documenting, and updating workflows across teams (sales, accounts, operations, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
Maintain and update process trackers, reports, and dashboards
Support SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation and training material creation
Comfortable using Excel and other simple office tools
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Handle basic data entry, reporting, and follow-ups with stakeholders
Assist management team in process improvement initiatives
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Education & Experience:
12th Or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Operations, or related field)
- Fresher / up to 1 year of experience
Basic Excel knowledge
Strong coordination & follow-up skills
Female preferred
