Job Description
Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and invoice generation.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries via email or phone and provide necessary support.
Prepare sales presentations, reports, and documentation as needed.
Support in lead generation and follow-ups with potential clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage inventory records and monitor stock availability.
Assist in after-sales support and resolving customer concerns
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and other teams
