Back Office/Data Entry
Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Update existing data.
Transfer data from paper formats into database systems.
Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties.
Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
Assisting the Front Office team.
Assisting with inventory control.
Provide support with daily administrative tasks in a company.
Typical responsibilities are sorting the correspondence
Implementing and optimizing procedures
Maintaining calendars
Scheduling appointments
Ordering supplies, and collaborating with other departments.
Performing market research.
Gathering and processing research data.
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering office supplies.
