Job Description
- Answer the incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of the call and shall forward the calls to appropriate personnel or sections.
- Collect and communicate messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Ensure that second party is not put on long holds. Always keep the information handy
- Co-coordinating with stationary vendor about the requirement and dispatching purchase order
- Monitoring the deliverance of goods on time, quality checking and accuracy.
- Monitoring and cross verifying the bill or invoice received for the delivererd services.
- Monitoring market price and comparisons of the prices with other vendors in market.
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
- Handling basic clerical activities as photocopy, scanning and delivering required documents to production department.
