Responsibilities and Duties

• Age should be 25-30 years only.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent evaluative assessment and training skills.

• Sound knowledge of appropriate soft skills

• Ability to prepare training content and assessment based on identified training needs.

• Excellent ability to help workers to improve upon skills.

• Profound knowledge of various banking and service delivery regulations.

• Ability to provide information regarding products and services.

• Coordinate and conduct small group and individual training sessions based on staff

and organizational learning needs.

• Provided assessments to workers and designed training programs to address

identified issues.

• Routinely evaluate business training needs and adjust staff development and

educational programs.

• Develop and manage tracking and reporting progress on training progress.

• Completed presentations to help train workers in improving skill set areas.

• Completed post-training assessments and submitted evaluative reports
