Job Description
- Reconcile and consolidate reports and forward to the supervisor..
- To followup the Tour of South India Examiner from Trinity College, London.
- Follow-up of pick-up and drop of Chennai Examiner
- Total English course work:
- Fee structure and closing date details to be mailed to all the schools at the start of the year.
- To make entries & collect and deposit fees in bank and receipts to be forwarded to schools.
- Mass enrollment sheet to be prepared and updated in Trinity online (TOL)
- Order creation request to be sent to concerned personnel.
- Collection report to be sent on a weekly basis.
- Correction list mail to be sent to schools
- Corrections to be made in Trinity online.
- Time table to be prepared after the Examiner is scheduled by Top Management.
- Exam materials such appointment slips, candidate list, time table, report forms, Examiner’s biography to be sent to the schools.
- Time table and mark sheets to be handed over to the Examiner.
- Results to be downloaded from TOL and couriered to schools.
- Certificates cover sheet to be filed for our purposes and certificates to be sent to the schools.
- Work log should be updated to Top Management
- Work timings from 10 am to 6.30 pm
