Job Description

In-depth knowledge & understanding of Mutual Funds, & other investment assets classes.
Should have excellent communication skills, relationship building skills, good working knowledge of financial planning.
Strong analytical ability, comprehensive fiscal knowledge and customer service skills to help the clients assess their financial assets, determine their financial goals, and weigh their economic resources to take investment decisions.
Have to manage team of 7-8 financial planners.
Guiding, motivating & leading the team to achieve revenue targets.
Conducting product & process training sessions to build productive team.
Manage, coach & mentor team by conducting performance discussion & reviews.
Maintaining, analyzing & interpreting MIS
Work very closely with team members to solve client’s problems. Also needs to understand subordinates problems and weaknesses and address these. Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
Planning carrier progression for each team member.
