Job Summary
We are looking for Full-time Back Office Executive. It is for Central line locations.
An admin or office assistant can also apply.
Back Office Executives have support responsibilities and handle functions that
help the front office work well. It is a full-time job.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
- Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
- Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
- Prepare and reconcile customer balances.
- Do the data entry work when required
- Assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records.
- Assist front office staff in maintaining the office premises clean and neat.
- Schedule and organize meetings, events, and appointments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher and Graduate can apply
- 12th pass can apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
