Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and good computer skills required
- Candidate should have experience in logistic department
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
- Inventories stock. Samples Check
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Packing & dispatching of kits to the customers and distributors
- Monitoring delivery of kits and ensure timely delivery and raising escalation in case of delays
- Sending timely mails to customers
- Updating stock of kits
- Sample pickups (as and when required)
- Administration - stock-keeping, calls, couriers (any other task as and when required)
