- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and

- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and

- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Prepare presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Have to handle day to day documentation.
