Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, record-keeping, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Form filling of mutual funds and insurance products.
• Process and reconcile mutual fund transactions, including purchase, redemption, and switches.
• Maintain and update client portfolios and financial planning data.
• Handle documentation related to KYC, mutual funds, and investment processing.
• Coordinate with fund houses and registrars for transaction execution and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory bodies’ guidelines.
• Generate and analyze reports related to client investments and fund performance.
• Support financial planners with data management and portfolio analysis.
• Manage communication with clients regarding transaction status and document requirements.
• Assist in audit preparation and ensure all records are properly maintained.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
