Perform data entry, data management, and file maintenance.

Prepare and process documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.

Support internal departments (sales, HR, finance, etc.) with administrative tasks.

Handle email communication and internal correspondence.

Conduct internet research and gather relevant business information.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in a back-office role or administrative position.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.

Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
