Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to join our team at a leading private bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and operational tasks, processing transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Documentation
- Maintain and update customer account records, loan files, and financial documents.
- Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and security of bank-related documents.
- Assist in account opening, KYC verification, and compliance checks.
2. Transaction Processing & Support
- Process fund transfers, NEFT, RTGS, and other banking transactions.
- Assist in clearing checks, loan processing, and payment settlements.
- Verify and reconcile banking transactions to ensure accuracy.
3. Customer Support & Coordination
- Support the front office and customer service teams with backend operations.
- Handle email correspondence and internal communications with different banking departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to transactions, accounts, or banking services.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, banking policies, and internal guidelines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on banking operations.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and data.
