OUR COMPANY REQUIRED BACK OFFICE PERSON WHO CAN HANDLE CLIENT QUERY AND RESOLVE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. ALSO CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER AND CONCERN PERSON TO SOLVE QUERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

FEMALE STAFF IS PREFERRED.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and update records accurately.

Handle documentation and file management.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain office supplies and inventory control.

Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Support the front office team with administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
