Job Overview

We are seeking a Back Office Executive to manage student inquiries, follow up with potential leads, and handle customer communications. The role involves making outbound calls to interested students, providing information about our courses/services, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call interested students from the provided database and explain course details or services.

  • Handle inquiries from potential customers and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions.

  • Update and manage records in the CRM or database.

  • Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to support enrollment processes.

  • Prepare daily call and follow-up reports for management review.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in calling, back office, or counseling roles is an advantage.

  • Languages: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Ability to convince and guide students regarding course options.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, emails, and basic computer operations.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and a target-oriented approach.
