Job location: Dalhausi Central Kolkata
Duty Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
A Back Office Executive with English and computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and letter drafting, will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of an organization's back-office operations. These tasks include data entry, document management, report preparation, email communication, and maintaining records. They will also need to be proficient in using MS Office tools to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets, as well as drafting letters and other business correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Entry:
Accurately entering and managing data, ensuring data integrity and security across various systems and documents.
Document Management:
Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication:
Handling email communications, responding to client queries, and managing other forms of correspondence.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Administrative Support:
Providing general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Letter Drafting:
Composing and editing letters, memos, and other business correspondence.
Office Procedures:
Ensuring all office procedures are followed in accordance with company policies.
Required Skills:
English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in operating computers and using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Data Entry: Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
