Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Assist with the preparation of event documentation and reports.

• Ensure all client and event information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Support logistics planning, including travel arrangements and accommodation.
• Help in organizing event materials and supplies.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and event materials.
• Order supplies and materials as needed.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are in good working condition.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation for events and operations.

o   Do research online for Event Services and Collect data.

o   Maintain Social Media Account
