Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with the preparation of event documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Input and update event-related data in the company's system.
- Ensure all client and event information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate and analyze reports to support event planning and execution.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Support logistics planning, including travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Help in organizing event materials and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and event materials.
- Order supplies and materials as needed.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation for events and operations.
o Do research online for Event Services and Collect data.
o Maintain Social Media Account
