Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support daily business operations by handling administrative tasks, data management, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in using computers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
-
Manage data entry, record-keeping, and file organization.
-
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
-
Handle emails, calls, and other communication tasks as needed.
2. Data Management & Processing
-
Maintain and update customer/vendor databases.
-
Process invoices, orders, and other company documents.
-
Verify and ensure accuracy of information entered into systems.
3. Coordination & Support
-
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Sales, Accounts, etc.).

Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
-
Support the front office and management team with daily tasks.
4. Compliance & Reporting
-
Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
-
Handle basic bookkeeping and documentation tasks.
