Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Data Management:
      Enter, verify, and maintain customer and verification data in company systems accurately and timely.

    • Report Preparation:
      Prepare and update credit verification reports and MIS on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

    • Coordination:
      Coordinate with Field Executives to ensure timely collection and submission of verification reports.
      Communicate with clients regarding report status, discrepancies, and updates.

    • Documentation:
      Manage and organize digital and physical records related to verification cases.

    • Quality Check:
      Review and cross-check verification reports before client submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    • Follow-up:
      Track pending verifications and ensure closure within defined timelines.

    • Communication:
      Draft and send professional emails to clients and internal teams regarding verification status and clarifications.
