Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.

Accurately enter and update data in company databases and CRM systems.

Maintain and verify customer information and transaction records.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Prepare and maintain regular reports and documentation.
Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / Data Entry Tools.

Good typing speed and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferred).
