Role Description
This is a full-time Back Office Executive role located in Chennai. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of our company run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include data entry, maintaining and updating records, answering phone calls and emails, and providing support to the operations team. You will work closely with other team members to achieve our company's goals.
Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a bonus, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
