We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth documentation, communication, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle document verification for employees and candidates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and issue official letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, warning, and other HR-related communications.

Draft and manage professional email correspondence with employees, clients, and vendors.

Maintain and update employee records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Support in day-to-day HR and back-end administrative tasks.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
