Job Description
- Quotation Making
- SAP data Feeding
- Coordination with Sales and Service for Project execution
- Other Operational Work.
- Project Updates and follow ups.
- Manages customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates with other departments to improve sales and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Data Management
- Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry, verification, and processing with accuracy.
- Organize and manage digital and physical documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communication.
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with front office, HR, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist in inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal requests in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Financial & HR Assistance
- Support the accounts department with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain payroll records, employee attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding, and training coordination.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct periodic file audits and quality checks for accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and database management.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or accounting software (preferred).
- Strong typing and data management skills.
Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
