Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred)

Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role (0–3 years)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Basic knowledge of office procedures and workflow
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry & Management
-
Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases, spreadsheets, and ERP/CRM systems.

Process and manage sales, purchase, inventory, or customer data depending on the department.
-
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all records.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
-
Prepare, organize, and manage company documents such as invoices, receipts, agreements, reports, and memos.

File and retrieve documents as needed – digitally and in physical records.
-
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company and customer information.
3. Report Generation
-
Compile and generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports for management or other departments.

Track performance metrics, pending tasks, or operational backlogs.

Use MS Excel or software tools to present data in a clear and useful format.
4. Internal Coordination
-
Assist other departments (sales, accounts, HR, logistics, etc.) by providing backend support.
-
Follow up with internal teams for pending documentation or status updates.
-
Act as a bridge between field executives and the office team for record updates and task completion.
5. Administrative Support
-
Handle office-related tasks such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and email communication.

Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, or coordinate meetings for management if required.

Support HR or accounts in activities like timesheet collection, petty cash recording, or vendor coordination.
