Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data entry, client coordination, and supporting the front office in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and update financial records, client data, and transaction logs.

·        Coordinate with front office staff to ensure smooth client servicing.

·        Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents as needed.

·        Assist in KYC documentation and compliance activities.

·        Handle internal documentation and maintain filing systems.

·        Support operations and ensure all backend processes run smoothly.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience with data entry systems, accounting tools (Tally, SAP), or CRM platforms is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of emailing, file management, and printing/scanning tools

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
