Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The role involves managing data, processing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Handle data entry, verification, and management tasks.

Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments for information flow.

Assist in processing invoices, forms, and other official documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles.
