We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Back office Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer details (like name, address, contact number, etc.) into various forms and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately fill out forms using customer data
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information carefully
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Meet daily/weekly targets as assigned
- Communicate with team members or customers when needed
- Maintain organized digital records of completed work
Required Skills:
- Must have English communication (written and spoken)
- Must have computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, internet usage)
- Fast and accurate typing skills at least 25-30wpm
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
- Time management and ability to work under deadlines
