Job Description

Designation: Back Office Executive


Gathering and processing stock data, maintaining inventory

Performing admin duties such as printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies and raw materials

Assisting and coordinating with our vendors and The Chennai Beverage Supervisors for smooth service

Managing daily inventory control (Milk, Coffee, Tea, and other inventories)

Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills

Maintain Attendance and Generate Salary Report

Produce Consumption Reports

Initiate delivery of materials to each site on time

Salary Range(In Rupees): 12000-15000
