Job Requirements – Back Office Executive (Operations) Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field

Relevant certifications in operations, administration, or data management are a plus

0–5 years of experience in back-office operations, administrative support, or operations coordination

Experience handling documentation, data entry, reporting, or process support functions

Prior experience in finance, logistics, insurance, real estate, or IT operations is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); strong Excel skills preferred

Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and manage operational data accurately

Knowledge of compliance documentation, invoicing, billing, or reconciliation processes (role-dependent)

Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling

Ability to monitor operational processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies
