Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive - Sales and Visa Processing located in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing back office operations, including coordinating office tasks and activities. The role involves maintaining communication with clients, handling sales operations, researching appropriate course options, and supporting admissions and visa processing tasks. The Back Office Executive will ensure smooth visa processing and provide necessary assistance to clients throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills in English
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role
- Previous experience in visa consultancy will be advantageous

Documentation & Administrative Skills:

Excellent ability to handle and organize multiple documents and maintain data integrity.

Technical Proficiency:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
